Until needs and wants are available at the neighborhood level and non-car transport is convenient and safe, only urban areas stand to gain. Some clever advancements that combine easy charging for bikes and secure storage could be huge. We Even have long networks of rails to trails efforts where it could be pioneered, if doing it in cities first is too complicated.
